Cancellations & Refunds
- Any cancellation within 48 hours or no show will be charged 100% of the full price. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or breakdown, we will refund your booking.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances/technical issues on our end, or poor weather conditions, we will do our best to work with you to reschedule the dive. If rescheduling is not an option, a 100% refund will be issued.
- If the ship changes the itinerary you will be offered a 100% refund.
- Please note: If you do not show up for your dive, you will be charged for 100% of the cost.
Rain is not generally a reason to cancel your dive. If it is raining on one side of the island it can be sunny on the other side.
